Komal Sharma is a dedicated Speech and Swallow Therapist with extensive experience in the assessment and rehabilitation of both pediatric and adult communication, swallowing, and neurorehabilitation disorders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) from Maharishi Markandeshwar University.

As the Director of Neuromotion Child Development Centre, Faridabad, Komal leads a multidisciplinary team committed to providing evidence-based, family-centered care for individuals across all age groups. Her clinical expertise spans speech and language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, voice disorders, dysphagia (swallowing difficulties), stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, and other neurological conditions.

Prior to leading Neuromotion, Komal gained valuable clinical experience as a consultant at renowned healthcare institutions, including Asian Hospital and Metro Hospital, where she worked with diverse pediatric and adult populations requiring speech, swallowing, and neurorehabilitation services. With a strong commitment to lifelong learning and innovation, Komal continues to integrate the latest therapeutic approaches and technologies into clinical practice, helping children and adults lead more confident, independent, and fulfilling lives.
